In particular, it looks like CookieLifetime.DAYS needs to be deprecated and removed.

Another candidate for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1580919. Sadly, when I look at that ticket, I don't quite see how to address the artifact build side of that house.
