Steps to reproduce:
In Firefox 32-bit browser keep the dev console window opened and load the build in the browser, refresh the build several times.
Actual results:
The message is the following: "failed to asynchronously prepare wasm: out of memory"
Expected results:
It should load the build successfully

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Javascript: WebAssembly' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Not completely shocking, but we should at least try to perform a last-ditch GC in these cases, so leaving this untriaged until we've done that investigation.

The fix for bug 1714086 should have made this much less worse. However, the underlying problem is bug 1476869.
