If you add a bookmark and then re-boot your system without closing Mozilla the
bookmarks will not be saved.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla
2. Go to a site
3. Bookmark the site
4. Reboot mozilla
5. Login and start mozilla.
Actual Results:
Bookmark was not added.
Expected Results:
Save the bookmark

If you exit the browser before re-booting, there is no problem. It looks like
mozilla isn't saving its state information if terminated by a reboot.
