STR:

and restart Firefox. - Click on
AppMenu > Help
.
Expected Behavior:
Only one separator exists between Help
and Firefox Help
(see 89.0b15).
Actual Behavior:
Two separators exist between Help
and Firefox Help
.
This also affects AppMenu > Library (>Bookmarks, >History)
, AppMenu > More (>Text Encoding)
, AppMenu > Web Developer
, and all submenus under Tracking Protection Shield
and Secure Connection Icon
.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
I was able to reproduce this on windows 10, MacOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 20.
Firefox Nightly 91 affected
Firefox beta 90.0b4 affected
Firefox release 89.0 affected
Note: on mac and windows release 89 the double line is not visible in help, but on Ubuntu it is visible.
