This issue occurs just the same in Windows 7 while it does not occur in Mac OS 11.4 or Ubuntu 20.

This might have to do with backplating -- does the issue change/resolve if you set browser.display.permit_backplate
to false in about:config
?

No, disabling that pref will make it worse when using High Contrast Black: All text disappears and about the same when using High Contrast White.

The render of the attached PDF is considerably better in Nightly v92.0a1 from 2021-08-02, but it still shows minor issues with missing borders or partialy displayed text. So minor that I will choose to ignore them. The PDF is now aesthetic.
It appears that more releases has influenced how the PDF renders in High Contrast White:
- most of the missing borders and cut text has started being displayed after:
Bug 1719380 - Update pdf.js to version 2.10.263 r=pdfjs-reviewers,marco
Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D119237 - Some more of the missing borders and a highlight for the input fields:
Bug 1722768 - Update pdf.js to version 2.11.22 r=pdfjs-reviewers,marco
Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D121125
It is the same for both Win10 and Win7.
Please set this bug as fixed.
