Expected:
Site loads
Actual:
"Secure connection failed" is received
I've noticed that after visiting the root domain https://worldbank.org and then visiting the subdomain https://wits.worldbank.org, the error no longer appears. Also, the issue is not reproducible on desktop

Checked the site in GV and getting the following:
Boom! Something bad happened.
ERROR_CATEGORY_SECURITY: ERROR_SECURITY_BAD_CERT
That site isn't sending any intermediates when Firefox connects to it (oddly, it apparently does when ssllabs' scanner connects to it).
