Steps to reproduce:
- Open a PDF file from the windows explorer
- Click open in Firefox
- PDF reader will appear
Actual results:
PDF reader and sidebar looks like old (previous) Photon style
Expected results:
PDF reader and sidebar should looks like Proton style

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::PDF Viewer' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I'm not sure if this is in scope for any future proton releases, but I will set this as New for visibility and waiting for the developers opinion about it.
