Details
See bug #17199.
"Advanced" is insignificant at best.
In the current state, it could be easily slitted into "Security" (top level
dialog) and "Network" (wording?) (subdialogs).

Geman is taking care of the prefs frame work. re-assign.
moving to m14. this is past dogfood and will be looked at once we do the polish
on dialogs, wording etc. We have to be careful not to end up with gazillions of
panels just to fit them into a naming scheme though. There are already an
overwhelming number of them...hence in 4.x the "Advanced" bucket.
I would vote for keeping advanced since this is really a catch-all bucket for
things that are less frequently set, and do not really fit into any category. I
deliberately do not want to make these items more visible to a regular user. We
will likely have a separate security panel though by the time we ship.

But it is plain wrong, if we have a real advanced pref dialog (see bug #17199).
Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI
component will be deleted.

Keep as Advanced seems is a good solution. Mark as WON'TFIX.

If/when 17199 will be fixed, we need a solution. 17199 currently just waits for
XSLT.
