Note
- When the user loads a specific PDF and compares it to how it displays in Adobe Reader, he will notice that the page content is incorrectly displayed. The content from the second page is displayed at the end of the first page's content and the rest of the pages are not displayed.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Flip the pdfjs.enableXfa to true.
- Load the attached PDF file.
- Compare to how it displays in Adobe Reader.
Expected result
- The content displays correctly.
Actual result
- The content displays incorrectly; The content from the second page is displayed at the end of the first page's content and the rest of the pages are not displayed.
