Steps to reproduce:
- Enable macOS Dark Appearance in the General System Preferences
- Open Firefox
- Start downloading a large file
- Open the download popover
What happens:
The download progress bar looks out of place - it is taller than other progress bars in macOS, and worst of all, the unfinished portion of the download shows a border around the gray that looks really legacy.
Expected result:
A progress bar that looks more like other ones in macOS. Attaching Safari's as a screenshot.

Amy, this looks better now - I still think it could be improved, but it doesn't look like a bug to me anymore.
