There are 3 of them, as I mouse over, they disappear. Does not seem to happen on all web pages, for example this happens on YouTube and Reddit, while Discord and Discogs is unaffected.
User worked around the issue by switching their GPU to Nvidia.

Looks to be Intel Gen5 "ironlake" (0x0046) in a dual-GPU system with NVidia.
We are running SW-WR, but using D3D11 compositor, so maybe the HW is still relevant.
Blocking gfx-triage to see if we have Gen5 available to reproduce this. Graphics inventory shows that we have this GPU in Toronto.
