Some linux/tsan reftest tasks are currently perma-fail because they exceed the task max-run-time, as reported in bug 1411358.

All tasks in the group are running close to the 60 minute max. Failures started this week, but run times were approaching 60 minutes in previous weeks -- this appears to be natural growth in the test suite.

Increase test chunks from 8 to 10 to avoid exceeding max-run-time.
