- Expand the sidebar by clicking the icon in the top left of the PDF bar
- Change the sidebar view to 'document outine' by selecting the second option in the display options
- Click "signature" or another item that is on a different page
Expected:
The PDF scrolls the section into view

I marked this as an access bug because it both (a) makes document navigation harder for all users and (b) makes document navigation harder with a screen reader specifically, since there's no indication the links don't work, and you then have to search through the entire PDF manually (or rely on some other rotor element).

Each item in Document Outline has a JS action which gets the page number of a xfa node and then sets it as the current page.

Maybe the JS actions could be simple to implement like in the case of bug 1724398.
