Steps to reproduce:
Turn on high contrast mode in Windows 10.
Actual results:
The background of Firefox is now white.
Expected results:
It used to be black.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Status is still "UNCONFIRMED". Do I need to provide more details?

This was fixed in bug 1593273, it just ended in the wrong component. See there for discussion, but tldr go to Settings > Colors, and check "Use system colors" to get the old behavior.
