Steps to reproduce:

After 92.0 update, opening new tab causes Youtube 1 second video interuption every time. [ PC using W-10 21h1, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz, 32.0 GB ].

Actual results:

Youtube content pauses for ~1 second when new tab opens/ populates

Expected results:

No Youtube effect, delay or interruption
