Not showing history list when long press on back button on Android. tested on different devices result the same behavior

1. Browse to any webpages, more than 3 pages on 1 tab
2. Press hold on back button
3. empty list

From the thread in github, OP seems to notice that this API is broken only with fission enabled.

Yes. This is confirmed on Pocophone, Redmi, and other devices with fission enabled via about:config. This only happen if vission enabled.

I think this need to be investigated as SoftVision employee said that this's not happen on their side (I don't know if they enabled fission on nightly or not, as I enable it manually)

We don't support history with fission yet, which is basically Bug 1677190.
