Steps to reproduce:
Nightly is not handling moving tabs correctly today.
Drag tab to new set of windows.
Actual results:
Tab is opened, window does not go away.
Expected results:
Window should close and tab be "moved into" other window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Still happening today. Also moving the tab "next to itself" duplicates the tab.
