There's multiple reports of this up to 6 days ago, but no solid STR. Restarting seems to fix it.

Duplicate of bug 1730533 or bug 1732746?

I was finally able to reproduce with the environment variable. Attached all the scroll back but when the error occurred should be near the bottom. I've found to reproduce if I drag a tab in a container out of the window (to create a new window from the tab) it then triggers this behavior. All tabs become unresponsive. Unfortunately, this does not happen after a restart so I'm not sure you will be able to reproduce right away.

Should be fixed now by Bug 1735348. Please reopen if you can reproduce it.
Thanks.
