Steps to reproduce:

Selected the "Open" option from the attachment bar at the bottom of a message window.

Actual results:

Got a pop-up window asking what app should be used to open the attachment.

Expected results:

The attachment should have opened without the dialog box. The associated app is defined in Preferences. Setting the app in the dialog does nothing. Same problem with multiple attachment types. Was working in v.78, broke after update to v.91.2.0
