Steps to reproduce:

Double click on video attachment.
TB asks what to do with this file.
Set RADIO BUTTON Open with and select video player.
Click OK
Video opens and plays normally.

Repeat above and TB still asks the same question even though filetype is same as already set.

Actual results:

Setting OPEN WITH filetype and checking DO THIS AUTOMATICALLY .....
are forgotten by TB.
The OPEN WITH Program is displayed in the dialogue as is the check mark for
DO THIS automatically but you must hot OK rather than TB automatically opening the file

Expected results:

Once parameters have been set once TB should open the file automatically
