using 10/27 build(1999102708) of apprunner on windows 1) install mozilla via nsinstall.exe 2) launch mozilla 3) launch composer from task menu nothing happens...doesn't launch. windows platform only.

This probably has to do with the new install file -- see bug 17049
Kin diagnosed the problem...chrome/editor directory is missing from install directory. composer won't launch because all the XUL files that it needs are missing.
