Steps to reproduce:

I tried to use Mac OS X Address book.

Actual results:

The addressbook is empy, of course I have entries in my Addressbook.

Expected results:

I should see the list of contacts and/or get a request to allow TB access to Contacts

I am using TB 91.3.0 on MacOS BigSur (arm CPU). It used to work until some days ago.
I tried to reset Privacy permissions for TB with tccutil reset All org.mozilla.thunderbird but still TB does not ask for permission to access Contacts.

I tried with a fresh user account and it does not work there too
