The Message Display preferences are longer than the width of the Preferences
window. Specifically, the color changing control for changing style of quoted
text is missing its right edge.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Message Display in Preferences.
Actual Results:
The left edge of the color changing control for changing the style of quoted
messages is missing its right edge.
Expected Results:
The full button should appear in the content area for the Preferences window.
I will attach a screen shot.

As you can see the right border around the fieldset-style controlls and the
right edge of the color button are not shown.

I would say this is a dependency on that bug since it worked fine until some
recent UI changes to that preferences panel. Marking regression also.
