Steps to reproduce:

Sending an email with an attachement, which triggers a filter to forward the email to another email address.

Actual results:

The original email is sent, but the forwarded email fails with the error
"Sending of the message failed.
There was an error attaching {filename}. Please check that you have access to the file."

Expected results:

Forwarded email should be sent with the attachment.
