Please run $ xrandr --listproviders on the Linux system where bug 1742669, bug 1740249, bug 1740113 occured. Those have a similar same error message as bug 1742663 comment 0 and bug 1716114 comment 6.
If the output contains deprecated "Intel" instead of default and recommended "modesetting", an unsupported configuration is tested in CI.
WebRender is explicity blacklisted for the deprecated Intel DDX driver (bug 1710400).

The severity field is not set for this bug.

Sebastian fyi in case those intermittents are frequent enough that sheriffs wanted to dig a bit here.
