+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1340901 +++

Not a lot in the changelog, just says performance improvements. Note that in addition to the vanilla 1.1.9 code, two upstream PRs also needed cherry-picking:

  • #142: Fix base-toolchains-clang build bustage
  • #148: Fix UBSan errors on ASAN runs

With those two patches applied, Try is green:
