User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:98.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/98.0
Steps to reproduce:
macOS Monterey 12.1, M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16".
"Low power mode" enabled in System Preferences > Battery
Refresh rate set to "ProMotion" in System Preferences > Displays
Does not reproduce in other apps.
Does not reproduce with "Low power mode" disabled.
Does not reproduce with display refresh set to 60Hz.
Actual results:
When scrolling with trackpad, scroll will occasionally "jump" down a few centimeters. Particularly pronounced on more complex pages immediately after page load.
Expected results:
Scrolling should be smooth.
