The panic panel's icons haven't been updated since they were introduced in 2014 and, since the Proton icon refresh, they no longer match their counterparts in other chrome components. Fortunately firefox has a new window icon, a cookies icon, a history icon, and a plus icon, and an X icon to overlay on them, so it should be easy to add new icons. To make any future refresh easier, I would prefer to just display the vector assets here and implement the icons individually rather than using -moz-image-rect
with a raster sprite sheet, unless anyone objects. I can do both at the same time probably tomorrow

Hey Dao, I'm interested in working on this but can you confirm if it would be appropriate to replace the sprite sheet with 4 independent SVG files? Or should I just organize a new sprite sheet?
