Steps to reproduce:

1. Open

2. Hover the middle of the grid cell area
3. Press the middle mouse button down

Actual: A scrolling anchor is displayed allowing only scrolling horizontally (left-right) as shown below:

Actual results:

The Autoscroll only shows horizontal scroll

Expected results:

The Autoscroll should show all directions
