If you hack third-party/rlbox/update.sh to update to the version documented in README-mozilla instead of whatever happens to be the current trunk, and run it, the resulting tree is different from what's currently in-tree. That's because bug 1747514 and bug 1747925 made changes that:

• don't have a corresponding patches applied by update.sh.
• also haven't been applied upstream (which has further changes)

The severity field is not set for this bug.

The remaining changes have been pushed upstream.
The rlbox in-tree may have some changes made as local patches, but does reflect the same code that is upstream.
This should get back in sync when we update rlbox next
