Steps to reproduce:

I use Firefox on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and install every update as soon as it comes out. I also update Firefox regularly.

Actual results:

Sometimes (not everytimes!) when I apply an update to Firefox via the Ubuntu-built-in update manager the language resets to English, US.

Expected results:

Nothing except the Firefox version should have changed after the update.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Application Update' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
