2.Download a random test file from https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download .
3.Click on Show in Folder/Open containing folder from Downloads Panel.

Folder is opened as expected, showing the previously downloaded file.
Actual result
The folder is not opened; instead, a pop-up message appears.

Attachments
There is a screenshot attached of the pop-up window/error after changing the default download path.
Notes
Might be a permission issue, however, this is not reproducible on a beta build. I haven't reproduced this on other platforms yet; looking for confirmation.

I'm a bit confused as your comment both says 98b8 is affected and that you can't repro on beta - which versions of the flatpak build of Firefox are affected? I would expect it to be all of them...

Hello! I'm sorry for the confusion! This issue is not reproducible on a normal, non-flatpak beta build. I tested it in order to confirm if this is a permission-related situation or if it's an issue. This issue only reproduces with flatpak.
