Details

While there's no node HTTP/3 server implementation, we can execute the http3server binary from a new node instance, and have that forward all requests to a HTTP node server.

We might get HTTP/3 in nodejs by the end of the year: link
Also, it would seem there's already a WebTransport capable implementation here - it might be worth looking into using that one instead.
