I see the wireframe effect (the edges of divs) with or without the mix-blend-mode
applied.

I see this when I zoom to 130%.

A relatively minimized repro case - just the one tree rotating. I see the bug on the edges, though that might be because I run at 150% by default.

The issue (both the original link and the minimal case) also reproduce on current release Firefox, so it must be a pre-existing bug and not a regression from bug #1749380.
