Steps to reproduce:

Visit https://codepen.io/danwilson/pen/VwzNLYd
Remove mix-blend-mode: overlay; from CSS pane

Actual results:

Wireframe effect

Expected results:

No wireframe effect

Component: Untriaged → Graphics: WebRender
Product: Firefox → Core

I see the wireframe effect (the edges of divs) with or without the mix-blend-mode applied.

I see this when I zoom to 130%.

A relatively minimized repro case - just the one tree rotating. I see the bug on the edges, though that might be because I run at 150% by default.

The issue (both the original link and the minimal case) also reproduce on current release Firefox, so it must be a pre-existing bug and not a regression from bug #1749380.

dupe of bug 1671784 ?

Flags: needinfo?(gwatson)

Yes, seems likely that they are the same.
