Steps to reproduce:
VA-API errors out when trying to play a video:
libva info: VA-API version 1.13.0
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/dri/radeonsi_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_1_13
/usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids: Permission denied
Firefox is running in wayland mode on gnome.
Actual results:
video is decoded using the CPU
Expected results:
video decoding is done using the GPU

You need to start Firefox with MOZ_DISABLE_RDD_SANDBOX=1 environment variable until bug 1751363 is fixed.
