Our MinGW version does not know about the errors ERROR_DEVICE_HARDWARE_ERROR and ERROR_CONTENT_BLOCKED. MinGW needs to be updated and the workarounds caused by Bug 1709887 and Bug 1757754 need to be removed, see xpcom/io/nsLocalFileWin.cpp#82-88.
