For 91.8.0, Firefox plans to include bug 1758626, which is an amalgamation of several
patches to replace lucetc wasm sandboxing with rlbox and enable it for all platforms.
When this change happened on trunk, Thunderbird started using sandboxing as well.
There's not much to port other than D140615.

The upstream bug is still open, but given that esr91 is close to EOL and there is no movement on it I'm closing WONTFIX. The bugs are linked and this can always be reopened.
