The usual. Add news download section and release notes.
- ESR 91.7 (likely .8) security updates and lots of minor stuff.
- NPAPI plugin removal and so no longer dependent on gtk2
- clang 4 and gcc 6 support discontinued.

Flash was the only one ever working in 2.53.x. Other support was removed after esr52 / 2.49.5. See a few lines below.

2.53.11 had "major changes" there. Was dropped for the 2.53.11.1 because it wasn't major :) I would add back "major" for this release because of all the other changes under the hood. Reading the current list otherwise might imply that nothing else worthy was done.
The following bugs were fixed in our branch of the Gecko source code only:
Actually only a backport this time (see 2.53.10 for last branch only changes) so I would move it up and add to the others listed above.
Branch only is the partial backout of Bug 1758291 (TOP-1758291-fixgithubpolyfill-25312.patch) and Bug 1755558 but not sure worth noting.
Changes as suggested apart from Bug 1758291 as it was in 2.53.11.1
