My bad... i didn't test the actual URL in url field. Perhaps the reporter intended to add this: Alert: dpt.ip.att.net has received an incorrect or unexpected message. Error Code: -12227

The alert appears after a fatal handshake error. The server seems to want to talk SSLv3. The error persists even if i disable SSLv2 in Mozilla (allthough disabling SSL2 in preferences doesn't seem to have any effect, according to the packet dump - i still send the first "Client Hello" in SSLv2 after unchecking SSLv2 in prefs. (seems bug 148876 is about that)
The site is running a TLS intolerant server, nelsonb's Flavor B. The workaround is to disable TLS - Edit>Prefs>Privacy>SSL. Bug fix depends on fixing bug 166655
Depends on: 166655
