Steps to reproduce:
Try to move a bookmarks in menus or personal bar. Try to move a tab.
Actual results:
Nothing.
Expected results:
Move.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Yes, I do see that too. But it works correctly with latest nightly (101a1 2022-04-05) on Ubuntu 22.04.

I also tested stock Firefox 99 from Mozilla (release candidate) and it works.

This is an issue with Firefox provided by Ubuntu - whole D&D is broken there. No idea if they ship any local patches?
