Steps to reproduce
- Open firefox using a locale that is different from the OS language.
- Go to about:preferences#general and click on "Set Alternatives..."
- Add another language from the list.
- Go to App menu > Print... > Print using the system dialog....
Expected result
- The text is translated.
Actual result
- The text remains in the original language even after the browser is restarted.

It appears do be. I can reproduce the issue from bug 1726132. So I am guessing here that some of the modals are affected. I tested using macOS 10.15.
