Details

In Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings, I have "Compose message in HTML format" checked for all accounts. When I compose an e-mail (with Ctrl-M), I get the HTML composer, as expected. However, when I click on a mailto: link in a Navigator window, I get the plain text composer.
Confirmed in 2002102204 This appears to be a duplicate of Bug 167815
