For instance it accepts "/usr/local/bin/acroread" but errors out on "/usr/bin/timidity -ig" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Menu edit->preferences->Navigator->HelperApplications 2.Add a new mime type and specify a application that requires and argument 3.play a file of that type Actual Results: error Expected Results: play the file

Looks like Boris is thinking of bug 57420. Also note bug 157347; apparently this issue is fixed on OS/2. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 57420 ***
