When trying to connect to sites which offer ECH over port prefixed records, Firefox correctly looks up the right the record but doesn't use it to offer ECH. This test website can be used to verify. Looking at the HTTP Log, I can see that the record is correctly fetched:
[Parent 23173: TRR Background]: D/nsHostResolver TRR Decode: 1 answer records (468 bytes body) _10413._https.draft-13.esni.defo.ie index=53
