:kershaw, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1727995, could you take a look?

The pref to enable websocket over h2 is enabled here, but we still see a lot of test failures. I am not sure for the reason.
However, I think I can submit a patch to disable these tests to stop failing. We'll re-enable them when we have a real fix for bug 1727995.
