Currently the log.entryAdded event doesn't contain a reference to the browsing context or realm which actually emitted this event. As such it is not possible to assign it to a specific tab or frame when being subscribed globally for all top-level browsing contexts.
There is an open request to get the context property added to the event:

The PR just got merged. I'll have a look this week in getting this added.
