The Remote Agent handles different protocols. Right now these are CDP and WebDriver BiDi:
Nearly all of our tests handle the combination with both CDP and WebDriver BiDi enabled. It would be good to get some tests added which check some basic behavior when WebDriver BiDi and/or CDP are disabled.
As part of bug 1726465 I'm adding one test for the WebDriver BiDi disabled case. Once landed we might want to extend the number of tests within that file.
