I don't see a comm-esr102 repository

We can either wait until it's created, or land the mozilla-esr102 config and let the Thunderbird folk land a followup patch.

I'd prefer to do it once for both, and also remove the 91 repositories.
Note that we need to do this before 102 is out of mozilla-release (so, we have time until nightly becomes 105).
