Regression: New Contact and New List went missing from address book context menu (in main AB tab)

This makes creating a new contact in an address book which isn't currently selected a bit of a click feast:

STR

  1. Have custom address books, e.g. My AB 1, My AB 2 etc.
  2. Select All Address Books from directory pane
  3. Try to create a new contact in My AB 1

Actual

  • TB 102: 4 clicks
    • click on New contact button from AB toolbar
    • click on AB selector at the bottom
    • select target AB from list (My AB 1)
    • click into First Name to to place caret cursor before you can start typing

Expected

  • Restore AB context menu entries for New Contact and New List
  • Via context menu (as in TB 91): 2 clicks
    • right-click on any target AB
    • click New Contact from context menu
  • This also makes for a much better workflow if you happen to start out with one particular AB selected (vs. All Address Books), and create a new contact in another AB, as the latter will be automatically shown on right-click (but not shown in 102 where you cannot start with right-click).

I'm not sure if the old strings are still around, so this may require new strings (thus P1).

Here's the screenshots comparing TB 102 and TB 91 (featuring the useful menus which went missing now).

This isn't really about those menu items, but about the lack of distinction of selected vs. which item right clicked. Now right click also means the item gets selected, which it really shouldn't.

Priority: P1 → P3
