Details |
When closing the browser toolbox or firefox brutaly, sometimes the browser toolbox closes by crashing.
When this happens, the next time you try to open it, you will see the Safe Mode restore dialog and have to dismiss it and re-ask to open a browser toolbox.
Similarly, when using the profiler, you might open a tab in the browser toolbox process.
The next time you will open the browser toolbox, you will see a browser window briefly appearing. This seems to be because of session restore kicking in.

The safe mode dialog will be displayed instead of the browser toolbox when the previous browser
toolbox has been closed too brutaly. This happens every now and then.
Also, when you opened a URL from the browser toolbox, this will then trigger a transient
browser window that appears and immediately disappear when opening the browser toolbox
all next time you start it. It might be related to session restore, but it looks like it is not enough
to get rid of this blinking window.
